Job Information

Job Description, Responsibilities and Duties

  • Independent telephone communication with debtors, handling calls, proposing solutions for debtors, and creating agreed repayment schedules.

  • Collection of financial liabilities of clients of banks, telecommunications operators, etc.

  • During telephone contact with debtors: presenting solution proposals to help them settle outstanding amounts.

  • Working with the company’s internal operating system.
